The D. Y. Patil Education Society, Faculty of Medicine, has developed the following goals for the undergraduate curriculum: Graduates will demonstrate the core competencies and medical concepts that need knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The Undergraduate Medical Curriculum will support the development of future academic health professionals who will benefit society by acquiring, applying, and distributing new knowledge while also making a positive impact on the population and individual health

Addmission Procedure:

• The college is recognised as a constituent institution of D.Y. by the Medical Council of India and accredited by NAAC (MCI).
• Admission to the MBBS programme is only determined by NEET UG results.
• To fill MBBS seats at deemed universities, the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) conducts common counselling.
• Merit and institutional seats will be assigned to the remaining seats following DGHS counselling.
• For admission to medical postgraduate programmes, it would be essential to use the State Merit List of qualifying applicants produced by NEET PG.
• The institution will fill the remaining 50% of seats based on NEET PG ranks, and the Competent Authority will fill the other 50% of seats under the State Quota.
• Applications must be filed separately for each course via the official websites of the pertinent agencies exclusively online.
• Applicants who are applying under institutional quotas must get in touch with DYPMC representatives to learn about admission.
